Abby's Got a Blog

Call me Clara or Abby, whichever suits your fancy. I'm a sagittarius, lesbian, artist, Anthrozoology major.

This is a small personal blog that includes animals, nature, and my own art, along with a few other random things.

Also, I avoid most if not all fandom. I prefer to enjoy stuff on my own. The exception may be a little Buffy and Xena.

My dA is also Abberati.

Hello everyone!

I feel like taking some requests or something. I have one owed art piece that’s almost finished, and then I’m free for anything.

Here’s the thing:
1) you must be a follower (and no, following me today doesn’t count. I don’t think this will get around enough for that to matter, but just to be clear.)

2) you can request a pet portrait, a pokemon, any sort if mythical creature (this includes FR dragons and such), random animal, an anthro, your own OC, any combination of the above.

3) limit of two characters per person.

4) give me some idea of pose, enviroment, personality, and such.

5) they will all be colored, but it’ll be up to me how far I go with the request. You may get a colored sketch or a full finished painting.

Depending on how many I get I’ll do then all or pick and choose.

6) to make a request send me an ask or fan mail with pertinent information.

Alright! Go! Make requests! Hopefully I’ll get to do them all!

palau’s jellyfish lake was once connected to the pacific ocean, but when the sea level dropped its population of jellyfish were left to thrive in the isolation of its algae rich waters. no longer needing to defend themselves from predators, the jellyfish lost their sting, allowing snorkelers to now swim with them as they make their daily 800 metre migration from one end of the lake to the other.

Brain Melt

When someone’s “logic” is so incredibly bad that your brain completely shuts down.

Does not compute. I don’t even know where to begin trying to refute that.

As per George R.R. Martin’s ‘not a blog’, look at these adorable Dragon Cats.

They’re actually Black-footed Cats form the Philly Zoo. But what makes them dragons are their names, Drogon, Rhaegal and Viserion. Yes, they’re named after Daenerys Targaryen’s dragons. GRRM was tickled pink.
